Services
Project Management
Plan and execute the entirety of the event. Leading teams from the initial ideation of the event to its successful completion. Our team has the ability to identify project milestones and deadlines along with coordinating both teams and external contractors to ensure a successful event that meets the organization’s goals and objectives.
Virtual Moderators
Our team will provide Tier One tech support for event hosts, speakers and attendees during the event. We will provide guidance with client specific platforms and virtual presentation techniques via remote meetings along with managing all presentations and moderating Q&A.
Attendee Management
Everybody Meets will organize all forms of communication from invitations to end of event evaluations. We control and monitor registration, transportation, VIP’s, Accommodations, along with monitoring Health & Safety for all attendees.
